How we handle application information.

This notice explains the current FollowsFashion brand application form. Do not use the form to send image files, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Information the form collects

The form collects the brand name, contact name, business email, brand website, optional launch or product link, country or region, category, launch timing, launch summary, image-readiness selection and authorization confirmation that you submit.

How we use it

We use these details to assess brand and launch fit, review image readiness and respond about the application. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance, and the form does not collect payment.

Where the submission goes

The submission is stored as a private application record inside the FollowsFashion WordPress site. It is not published or searchable on the public website. The current form does not send the submission to a CRM, email service or public API and does not accept file attachments.

What not to submit

Do not enter passwords, payment information, government identification, sensitive personal information or confidential customer data. Do not send image files at the eligibility stage; we request production materials only after approval and payment through a separate process.
